A growing trading house are seeking an experienced MLRO and Compliance Manager in Frankfurt. The company are a subsidary of a major banking group and have offices dotted around Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee AML policies and controls implementation.
- Develop and execute compliance strategies.
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments and provide mitigation solutions.
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports.
- Design and deliver AML and compliance training.
- Lead internal investigations and corrective actions.
- Cultivate relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
- Contribute to policy development and reviews.
- Coordinate audits and examinations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus).
- 5+ years in compliance, preferably in trading or investment banking.
- Strong AML regulations and financial crime understanding.
- Proficiency in European financial regulations.
- Successful AML and compliance program management.
- Experience with regulatory interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
