Role: Compliance Monitoring Officer

Reporting To: Head of Compliance Monitoring

The Candidate
* At least 3 years of experience in the Compliance or Audit or Risk department within the bank industry
* Experienced in assessing, monitoring, or testing Compliance
* Experienced with control process and reporting to stakeholders
* Strong knowledge of the country and European financial rules and regulations
* Exceptional analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fluent in English and Dutch
The Role
* Conduct monitoring control, prepare and present reports to relevant stakeholders
* Ability to communicate recommendations or ideas for improvements
* AML/KYC, Compliance Advisory, Compliance Monitoring
* Produce excellent quality management information on the tests, checks, and reviews
* Maintain effective communication channels with the relevant stakeholders
