- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new Japanese institutional clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
- Provide market insights and deliver solutions to clients' needs.
- Work closely with internal teams such as trading, research, and operations to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and transactions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FICC sales, with a focus on Japanese institutional clients.
- Strong knowledge of flow FX, rates, and credit products.
- Demonstrated track record of success in generating revenue and expanding client base.
- Fluency in Japanese is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, or a related field.
