- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the banking, fund, and insurance sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Work closely with the product team to develop new structured products that meet the needs of clients.
- Provide market insights and analysis to clients to help them make informed investment decisions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that client needs are met and that sales targets are achieved.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in China FI sales, with a focus on structured products.
- Strong understanding of the banking, fund, and insurance sectors in China.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
