Position: VP of Multifamily Acquisitions

Overview:
A real estate investment firm with over $1.5B in AUM is looking for a Vice President of Acquisitions to join their growing team and play a key role in expanding the firm's portfolio of multifamily assets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, and closing of multifamily acquisitions.
- Review and analyze market data to target acquisitions across core+, value add, opportunistic, and development.
- Build relationships and network with industry professionals.
Qualifications:
- 5 - 12 years of related work experience.
- Previous experience in multifamily acquisitions.
