Principal Duties:
- Lead in providing top-tier production support and streamlined software deployment on a global scale.
- Safeguard constant availability of trading systems to capitalise on trading potential.
- Deliver multifaceted support and forge innovative process automation and monitoring tools.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system disruptions with efficiency and finesse.
- Maintain robust market connectivity and engage in widespread collaboration with international teams.
- Develop and uphold critical system documentation and support frameworks.
Candidate Essentials:
- Adept in troubleshooting without reliance on established guidelines, with a background in supporting high-calibre applications.
- Well-versed in the FIX protocol and equipped with practical SQL and scripting capabilities.
- Versed in supporting Linux & Windows in extensive production environments.
- Flexible in working hours, willing to commit to team support, including on-call rosters.
- Possessing a B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field, with a zeal for perpetual professional development.
