Responsibilities:
- Aid due diligence, market analysis, and financial modeling to support future investments
- Construct robust financial models in support of complex acquisition underwriting
- Perform DCF, accretion/dilution, precedent transaction, comparable public company, leveraged buyout, company bench-marking, and other related analyses
- Prepare materials for strategic leadership, executive management, the board of directors and other key stakeholders
- Perform DCF, accretion/dilution, precedent transaction, comparable public company, leveraged buyout, company bench-marking, and other related analyses
- Play a role in developing and executing smooth acquisition integration processes
- Synthesize public and proprietary data sources to inform long-term strategy and drive near-term priorities
- Maintain M&A pipeline tracking tools supporting status updates to executive leadership
- Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance
- Participate in efforts to inform long term and strategic decisions
Qualifications Needed to Be Considered for the Role:
- 2-3 year(s) of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development with proven M&A transaction experience
- Bachelor's degree within a finance-related field
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- At a minimum, possess advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Preferred, but not required is previous finance and strategy experience within the industrials space
