Job Description:
We are currently working with a well-established international bank looking to add a senior HRBP to their team. This role will be a strategic partner to the business, providing thought leadership and comprehensive HR support to drive the organization's people agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating organizational objectives into effective HR strategies and programs.
- Managing recruitment processes, including sourcing talents, interviewing and onboarding
- Lead the design and implementation of talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
- Spearhead the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage the employee relations function, providing guidance on complex HR issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify insights, inform decision-making, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Champion change management efforts, supporting the organization in navigating transformational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Human Resources or equivalent
- 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources management
- Proven track record as a strategic business partner, collaborating effectively with senior leaders to align HR priorities with organizational goals.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English required
