Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on the supply chain of Electric Vehicles, including but not limited to battery, autonomous driving, new materials, and robotics in the Hong Kong and China market.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for companies in the Advanced Manufacturing sector.
- Produce written research reports on companies in the Advanced Manufacturing sector.
- Provide investment recommendations based on bottom-up, fundamental research.
- Collaborate with Sales and Trading teams to provide clients with timely and accurate information.
- Attend industry conferences and company meetings to gather information and insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Equity Research, with a focus on the Advanced Manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of the supply chain of Electric Vehicles, including but not limited to battery, autonomous driving, new materials, and robotics in the Hong Kong and China market.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen interest in learning about and following financial markets.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude in the approach to the job.
