Currently working with a boutique machine learning trading firm in Hong Kong to find a talented Junior Quantitative Researcher. The chosen candidate will be part of the Quant Team and will be responsible for developing and implementing Machine Learning quantitative strategies.
Responsibilities
The Quantitative Researcher will be responsible for the following:
* Developing and implementing ML quantitative strategies
* Backtesting and analysing trading strategies
* Conducting research to identify new opportunities
* Working with other team members to develop new products
* Providing quantitative support to the trading desk
Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong educational background in Quant related areas, PhD is a plus.
* Strong programming skills in Python
* Experience with large data sets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English is a must.
