A large global asset manager is looking to add to their investment team. They are looking to bring on a Private Equity / Private Credit Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and executing on investment opportunities with a focus on evaluating risk/return for each investment
- Leading diligence conversations and efforts with counter parties and experts
- Finding differentiated data sourcing and analysis
- Involvement in drafting of term sheets and legal documentation
- Compiling investment committee memos / presentations and creating financial models
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in full-service capital markets advisory, management consulting, and/or investing
- extensive exposure to business analysis
- research and experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
