My client is currently looking to fill multiple REMOTE roles at the AVP/VP level in Healthcare Portfolio Management to join there fast growing company and take health care lending to the next level.
This Healthcare Portfolio specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing analyst
- Communicating with clients in order to identify credit risk and provide support to senior leadership
- Thoroughly monitoring risk ratings, review processes for assigned borrowers, and critique asset management memos
- Building out a scalable infrastructure for the company's 9 figure health care portfolio
- Collaborating with the origination/ underwriting team by transitioning new loans from closing to portfolio management
We are expecting the candidate to have:
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree is a plus
- 7+ years managing healthcare lending portfolios in a bank and/or finance company
- Mastery in Excel and Microsoft products
- Solid understanding of loans and legal documentation
- Has experience demonstrating versatility by being quantitative and client-facing
