Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior team members in the execution of M&A transactions.
- Conducting industry research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets or buyers.
- Assisting in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and financial models.
- Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with various stakeholders including clients, legal counsel, and other advisors.
- Engaging in the valuation of companies, including DCF, precedent transaction, and comparable company analysis.
- Actively participating in client meetings and contributing to strategic discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. An MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a focus on M&A.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish & English.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
