Our client, a reputable bank in Hong Kong, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Transformation to drive change and innovation in SME financing. This multifaceted role requires a deep understanding of organizational operations and the ability to analyze various business aspects. The primary objective is to identify opportunities for product development, cost reduction, and leveraging technology to achieve long-term business goals.
Responsibilities of Head of Transformation:
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure credit-driven changes, policy adjustments, and model enhancements are effectively implemented.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to develop new products tailored to their customers' needs, leveraging your expertise in credit-related matters.
- Working closely with the first line of business to understand the market and company requirements, and propose and implement new product initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of upstream and downstream impacts of new product implementations, ensuring seamless rollouts and comprehensive oversight.
- Manage portfolio oversight and monitoring, including asset management and recovery strategy development.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of existing processes, systems, and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the transformation process, ensuring effective implementation and adoption of new initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of transformation initiatives, tracking key performance indicators and making adjustments as necessary to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
Requirements for Head of Transformation:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of SME financing, credit operations, and risk management.
- Proven track record of successfully driving change initiatives and managing teams.
