A prominent listed company is looking for a strategic investment professional to fuel the company's future growth. This role is based in Beijing and the ideal candidate would be someone with a strong understanding of strategic thinking skills and commercial sense.
Responsibility
- Design overseas M&A strategy to fuel company's future growth, form internal alignment, and execute strategies accordingly
- Source global deal opportunities, primarily in English speaking developed countries
- Lead deal executions, including but not limited to: deal structuring, transaction manangement and due diligence
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in venture capital/ growth equity US dollar funds, buldge bracket investment banks, MBB consulting or in-house corporate development teams
- Excellent strategic analyzing skills
- Significant overseas deal experience. Buyout experience is a plus but not a must
- Academic or professional experience in English speaking countries. Professional fluency in English
- Strong strategic thinking skills and commercial sense
