- 15+ years of working with high value trading software engagements within the finance industry on an international scale.
- 7+ years in sales management, implementing targeted sales strategy within the fintech sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders both internal and external.
- A robust network of contacts and decision makers at financial services institutions across EM, preferably Banks, Brokers & Exchanges.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time and territory management skills.
- Strong understanding and hands on experience on managing a complex software deal.
