We are working with an impressive fund looking to grow their Direct Lending team in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial and business analysis on potential direct lending investments.
- Assist in the structuring and execution of debt transactions, including due diligence, credit analysis, and documentation.
- Prepare detailed investment presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing portfolio investments, providing ongoing analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, intermediaries, and other industry professionals.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the private credit landscape.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Direct Lending, Private Debt, Leveraged Finance, or related field.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Exceptional academic background from a leading university.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced settings.
- Passion for credit.
