Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships and access to key-decision maker level for assigned clients, with a proactive and regular calling programme with key clients
- Lead the relationship management team of Global Banking covering primarily Hong Kong Corporates
- Oversee origination and execution of activities across a wide range of global banking product offerings
- Strategize and oversea new and existing client segments
- Lead team(s) of relationship managers to achieve business objectives and help members develop
- Help strengthen Bank's share of client wallet with support from product specialists to ensure product capabilities are aligned with client needs
Qualifications:
- Relevant University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or related areas
- 15+ years' experience in credit analysis, sales and marketing, and customer relationship management within corporate banking
- Self-starter, strong decision maker and capacity to work under pressure
- Sound communication, and relationship building skills
- Experience leading teams of RMs
- Proficient in English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a must
