Responsibilities:
- Comfortable writing admitted and non-admitted risks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and independent insurance agencies.
- Making underwriting decisions based on established criteria, guidelines, and risk assessment models.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to make informed decisions
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of underwriting in the Property and Casualty space
- A minimum of two years of Property and Casualty Underwriting experience
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge
