Responsibilities:
- Support the core trading platform
- Assess and prioritise incidents
- Investigate, troubleshoot and report incidents
- Build and maintain close client relationships
- Conduct on-site visits and training
Requirements:
- Strong experience in FX e-trading support
- Experienced in FIX protocol, Linux and L1 and L2 support
- Ability to deal with high profile clients and business critical applications
- Self-motivated proactive approach to IT services support
