This Cloud Engineer will be responsible for:
- Management, support, and evolution of the overall AWS architecture to enable continued growth and expansion in IT service delivery
- Support the migration of datacenters into the cloud infrastructure and dynamically respond with analysis, tuning, and re-architecture when needed to follow business requirements
- Network with a variety of internal teams, such as Information Security Team or Network Infrastructure teams, to establish best practices, and continued cloud success
- Direct management of the cloud engineering team
This Cloud Engineer should have the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of AWS experience; Azure experience is a plus
- Experience managing fundamental AWS services in a multi-account environment, including IAM, EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, and KMS
- Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
- Python or Powershell scripting experience
- Exposure to DevOps practices and automation of software testing, delivery, and infrastructure changes.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
