Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of transactions including corporate restructurings and distressed M&A
- Conduct financial analysis, cash-flow projection, valuation, etc. activities to support various client needs
- Assist in pitching, marketing, and preparation of client engagements
- Develop and maintain new client relationships as well as existing client relationships
Requirements:
- Solid educational background attained from a reputable university with a relevant major
- Strong experience from reputable institutions in financial restructuring or other relevant fields
- Good knowledge and experience in financial modelling
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
