Our client, a world leading investment firm is expanding its Dallas location. Their Real Estate teams focus on opportunistic and value-added special situations investments and is looking for a leader to cover value creation and asset management for their Senior Living portfolio.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of direct and hands on experience in commercial real estate investing and asset management, with at least 5 years specifically in senior living/ senior housing
- Prior hands on property management experience preferred
- A MBA, Masters or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or real estate preferred
- Experience within a top global investment firm strongly preferred
