The Venture Capital Analyst will be responsible forโฆ
Cover potential deal opportunities while evaluating a target's potential for investing
Perform extensive financial modeling to evaluate target companies through LBO analysis
Acquire first and secondary research in respect to a target's industry
Engage with third-party due diligence providers
Present investment findings with detailed transactions, companies, and industries
The Venture Capital Analyst should have the following qualificationsโฆ
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
1-2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in financial modeling, financial due diligence, and forecasting
Prior experience or interest in sectors such as technology, healthcare, consumer, and industrials
Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional work ethic
