The firm have 4 are raising across 4 funds, including real estate debt and global lending, with investments across Europe and South America. After a strong performance throughout the pandemic, the firm are hiring a UK Wholesale sales professional to take them to their next stage of growth.
Responsibilities:
- To lead the firms business development and investor relations within the UK Wholesale space across all funds.
- To build out a pipeline of prospective investors who have capacity to invest into the firms broad fund offering.
- To represent this rapidly growing boutique to investors with an extensive technical understanding of private debt.
- To manage key relationships with both existing and potential investors, updating them regularly on the firms performance.
Key requirements:
- Deep wholesale investor network within the UK including family offices, private banks, wealth managers and/or IFAs.
- Strong track record of raising assets into private debt strategies.
- Highly technical understanding and background in private debt.
- Very entrepreneurial mindset and someone who can work well both individually and as part of a team.
- c.5+ years of experience of raising capital into private debt strategies.
