A successful venture capital fund is looking for a Fund Operations Associate to join their Global Operations team in London and Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the global process of repo settlement
- Oversee the repositories reconciliation and fail procedures.
- Make sure positions and accounts are appropriately financed every day by collaborating closely with the repo desk.
- Oversee collateral for various counterparties and products (futures, ISDA, repo, etc.).
- Maintain and advance technological development
- Optimize the cash amounts in each account.
- Monitor intraday cash levels, wire instructions, and wire payments.
- Help with FX exposure and excess fund margin.
Required Experience
- 5 + years of experience
- Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Capacity to operate both alone and as a team.
- Exceptional accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
- Growth-oriented professional seeking to become a part of a growing team and company.
- Required is a BA/BS or equivalent.
