The role is based in London and will be instrumental in leading M&A deals and providing strategic advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex M&A transactions, from origination to closure
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the technology sector
Coordinate with the analysts and associates in financial modelling, valuation, and industry research
Assist directors in deal execution and new business development
Qualifications
Degree from a top-tier university or equivalent experience
Minimum of 6 years in investment banking, with a focus on the TMT or Fintech sector
Strong experience in M&A transactions, due diligence and capital markets
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Superb communication and presentation abilities
