Role requirements
- To work with internal stakeholders in East Asia and headquarters to agree on SCF business goals, on the annual/ short term/ mid-term/ long term basis;
- To drive growth for SCF business in East Asia by leveraging the bank's competitive edges and resources;
- To formulate and execute SCF business strategy in East Asia by working with East Asia branches;
- To drive internal and external SCF business marketing and promotion, driving Sales and RM to build up SCF deal pipeline;
- To ensure end to end process delivery by working with stakeholders including Operations, Compliance, external vendor, amongst others;
- To manage internal policies and legal documentations provide competitive SCF product in East Asia market;
- To work with other regions on cross border SCF transactions;
- To grow SCF business in East Asia while ensuring 100% compliance;
- To lead legal structuring of SCF transactions to meet/ beat clients' expectations;
- To become the trust worthy advisor/ subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and external clients in the SCF domain;
- Any other duties assigned by line managers.
Essential Functions
- This position is to manage and drive growth for Supply Chain Finance ("SCF") business in East Asia market. It is also responsible for formulating and executing SCF business strategy, driving internal and external marketing and promotion, ensuring end to end process delivery, managing product enhancement and electronic banking vendor for SCF product pillar.

Work experience, education and skills
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- 10+ years' experience in Trade Finance related work capacity
- Open Account Trade and SCF working experiences in a major bank's front office function
- Product management for Sales related working experiences
- Knowledgeable of Open Account Trade Finance market in East Asia
- Detail-oriented and willing to interact with key stakeholders such as senior management, RMs, middle and back office people
- Track records of successful product management, business development, or Sales management is desirable
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Major application software such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc
