A fast-growing unicorn fintech start-up is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Atlanta team. You'll be the technical bridge between the firms products and their banking clients' needs. You'll design, implement, and optimise software solutions that address complex challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Implement Solutions: Create and deploy tailored software solutions for banking clients, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Client Interaction: Understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and sales teams to align on client requirements.
- Technical Support: Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends to keep our offerings competitive.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in solutions engineering or similar, preferably in fintech. Expertise in Credit card implementation a huge plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#; experience with APIs, microservices, cloud computing, and databases.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with banking systems and fintech trends.
- Client-Focused: Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver value.
This role will be a hybrid position in Atlanta, GA.
