Senior Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional teams to clarify and interpret key factors influencing monthly performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of core sales, gross margin, A&P, and overhead trends by comparing them to the previous year, the annual operating plan, and the latest estimates.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create detailed sales and gross margin explanations and narratives.
- Manage and integrate the rolling forecast to track and highlight changes in business trends, providing early insights to the senior leadership, including the CFO.
- Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, as well as manage budgeting and forecasting cycles for the global business unit.
- Perform financial analyses and offer support to ensure robust financial outcomes and business insights for the segment, engaging regularly with various regional and functional stakeholders.
Senior Finance Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field (Master's Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across various departments and teams
