As a Senior DevOps Engineer,
You will:
Build efficient engineering frameworks and processes for quickly iterating and launching products into production
Own the high availability, security, reliability, and observability for infrastructure
Build shared tools and resources that application engineers use to build more scalable and maintainable products
Manage technical compliance commitments for infrastructure
Help make key architectural decisions for large infrastructure projects
Report progress and results concisely, proactively anticipate and communicate potential problems
Proactively self educate on current trends, and continually update your best practices with minimal guidance
You have:
5+ years of industry experience in devops, platform, or SRE roles
A strong understanding of Kubernetes and public clouds (AWS or GCP)
Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), especially as it relates to maintaining containerized applications
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
Experience creating and maintaining highly available and scalable systems
A history of working effectively with application teams to better use infrastructure and tooling
You also likely have:
Domain expertise in finance, banking, or FinTech from 3+ years at a fintech, enterprise technology, infrastructure or consumer technology company
Experience with implementing security controls and managing technical security/compliance programs
