As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be:
*Managing and update of the firm's compliance governance and policies
*Conducting customer due diligence on Private clients
*Performing ongoing monitoring of the business relationship
*Setting up and guiding monthly and quarterly compliance forums
*Participating and reporting to the conducting and board of directors meeting
*Assessment of the AML/CTF risk exposure and its clients
*Providing AML training and different operational training sessions
*Proposing and driving improvements related to changes products and services
*Performing impact assessments and introducing the respective actions where relevant
*Performing investigation reports
*First point of contact with the CSSF
*Ensuring adherence of local and Group Compliance policies & procedures
*Overseeing all business transactions in Madrid, Milan and Luxembourg
As a Senior Compliance Officer, you should have:
*Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent
*Minimum of 7 years' experience in either compliance within AIFM or UCITS
*Thorough knowledge of Investment products and their legal and regulatory framework
*Ability to critically verify aspects of wealth management and documentation
*Work independently and as a team
