Key Roles and Responsibilities of the AML Compliance Officer, Leading Asian Bank:
- In charge of daily Compliance Advisory and AML/Financial Crime Compliance matters - including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT), Sanctions, Anti-bribery and Fraud
- Assist in development and implementation of AML compliance policies, frameworks and procedures
- In charge of reviewing and maintaining regulatory compliance policies and practices - such as FACTA/CRS Reporting
- Keeping abreast on all regulatory updates
- Support all business lines on compliance matters such as conducting enterprise wide risk assessments and periodic reporting
- All other ad-hoc matters
Requirements of the Head of Legal, Leading Investment Bank:
- At least 5 years relevant compliance experience in Brokerage/Securities/Corporate Finance
- Experience managing Compliance - AML/Financial Crime Investigations or Projects
- Good time management and Problem Solving Skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management
- Good team player, Self-motivated and Adaptable
