We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analytics Specialist with strong SQL and SAS skills, expertise in healthcare revenue cycle, and experience with the Epic HB, PB Revenue Data Model and Epic Clarity database.
Responsibilities:
- Extract complex data sets from Epic Clarity for vendor solutions
- The interface between Analytics and Revenue Cycle operations to solve business problems and enhance workflows.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors, identifying diversified revenue streams.
- Size revenue opportunities using subject matter expertise and manage deliverable timelines.
- Code complex reports and data extracts, ensuring QA.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
- Contribute to infrastructure building, including standard code library and quality documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
- 6+ years of healthcare analytics experience.
- 5-7 years of SQL and SAS experience.
- Expertise in the healthcare revenue cycle.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
