You will have a strong understanding of both Hong Kong and offshore company structures; including corporate governance, fiduciary integrity, and statutory compliance, and maintaining up-to-date records.
You will have at least 4 years experience within a law firm/CPA firm or professional services provider and be a Graduate or Finalist of HKICS/ICSA.
Strong language skills including Cantonese, Mandarin and English preferred.

You will play a key role in the administration of a varied portfolio of company structures, liaise with clients on their company secretarial and statutory compliance matters and assist the corporate services department.
