An innovative health insurer in the Northeast is looking to add a Senior Actuarial Analyst II to their growing actuarial team and assist with their commercial line of business.
The Senior Actuarial Analyst II role has the option to be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States
Responsibilities of Senior Actuarial Analyst II:
- Assists with commercial rate filings in Individual, Small Group and Large Group markets, including Non-ACA fully insured, self-funded, and stop loss
- Supports all aspects of Commercial product experience monitoring impacts from membership changes, trends, network, benefit valuations, risk selection, and regulatory impacts
- Helps provide pricing tools to enable Underwriting personnel to produce accurate price quotes on request from Sales and Marketing staff in a timely basis,
Qualifications of Senior Actuarial Analyst II:
- 3+ years of health actuarial experience
- 4+ exams passed toward ASA
- Bachelor's degree in related field (I.E. Actuarial Analysis, Financial Analysis, Statistics)
