A consulting firm is looking to add a Senior Actuarial Analyst to their team. This role will assist with providing their clients assistance with actuarial, health economics, and data science projects. The position requires great attention to detail, the ability to translate large sets of data, and use of different program languages. This person should also be able to take charge and mentor younger actuaries and work with staff of all levels in the company. An ASA designation is preferred and due to the urgency of this search, my client is willing to assist with relocation or offer a hybrid or remote work environment.
What you'll be responsible forโฆ
- Reviewing code
- Collaborate and consult with external stakeholders
- Improve standard processes
- Develop financial forecasts, modeling, and trends
What you'll need to be successfulโฆ
- ASA (preferred) designation
- SQL, SAS, R experience
- 3+ years of actuarial experience in the health insurance field
- Previous or current consulting experience
