Job Duties
- To develop quality assurance strategies to improve Private Banking services
- Organise orientation and on-board service training to improve front-line engagement, in compliance with HKMA standards
- Monitor and analyse service quality, customer feedback for review and identify action plans to improve the customer experience
- Liaise with other departments to develop and execute process improvement projects
- Assemble reports and answer queries in relations to HKMA/SFC related reports
Job Requirements
- University degree or above in Finance
- Over 7 years of banking experience
- Familiar with general banking practices, including SFO legislation
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
