Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking or restructuring consulting
- Produces accurate and helpful information presented to client
- Trains, mentors, and evaluates interns and analyst's performance
- Assists with the execution of M&A and financing transactions, financial modeling, industry and comparable company analysis
