Job Requirements:
- Under graduate degree in Banking/Finance or any related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years solid experience in financial industry (ideally M&A and FA)
- holder of sole license of SFC RO Type 6 (takeover code)
- Good understanding of Securities and Futures Ordinance, SFC Code of Conduct
- Knowledge of listing rule and takeover codes
- Strong analytical skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
