Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the key point of contact for any and all investor relations related requirements for European investors
- Work with the capital formation team on raising assets - acting as a product specialist for the real estate business
- Oversee all investor queries, RFPs, DDQs and project management related responsibilities
- Build and maintain a broader network with prospective investors across Europe
- Liaise with IR teams in the US and Asia on the management of LP relationships
- Create marketing & investor related materials
- Work closely with the European investment team to become a product specialist
Job Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a Finance, Economics or related field of study
- Previous experience working within investor relations or business development
- Strong relationship management capabilities
- Good knowledge/experience of the real estate space (across sectors)
- Highly driven and autonomous
- Strong communicator, both written and spoken
- Additional European languages are a plus
