My client is a leading US investment bank operating over 35 countries, and is continuously expanding their footprint in the APAC region currently spread across 19 cities.
They are currently looking for a Production Support Specialist who will be part of their regional team that is focused on supporting banking applications in the payment domain.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for banking applications that are under the payment domain
- Support production incidents such as business impact assessment, any technical resolution and engagement
- Perform Production release as well as coordinating production health check
- Work closely with multiple teams and business partners to understand application functions and related processing components
Key requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience with application development and/or production support within the banking domain
- Experience in application support processes including incident management, release management, risk governance
- Strong IT background with exposure to technologies such as J2EE, WebSphere
- In depth knowledge of Linux OS, Windows, Database
- Scripting experience with Shell
