Responsibilities:
- Support the design and rollout of bank-wide 1st line of defense fraud risk management strategies for all banking products:
- Fraud prevention procedures
- Anomaly detection tool management
- Fraud alert management
- MIS and reporting
- Investigations management
- Champion authentication best practices across client engagement channels
- Develop fraud mitigation strategies for new and emerging cash management and payment offerings
- Collaborate with vendors on strategy and tool maintenance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the fraud risk management space.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledgeable about fraud risks associated checking, ACH, wires, and payment cards
- Familiarity with customer authentication risks and solutions in a digital banking environment.
