An exciting central commercial real estate company is looking for a Procurement Manager to join their Hamburg office.
Tasks:
- The processing and full implementation of EU-wide award procedures for works, supplies, and services will be your primary responsibility.
- In particular before, during, and after the award procedure, you will provide public procurement legal advice to the expert departments and outside project partners.
- You examine, draft, and file award, contract, and award notice documentation.
- You are in charge of organizing meetings for submissions, bid clarification, and negotiations.
- You work with outside law firms to provide assistance in any ongoing review processes.
Profile
- You possess a legal degree (Bachelor of Law) or a credential that is comparable.
- Ideally, you have previously earned some real-world professional experience managing procurement processes for the entire EU.
- You take an independent, cautious, and problem-solving stance.
- In every situation, you look credible and assured.
- You work well in teams and have good communication and organizational abilities.
