You will play a key role in driving the organization's investment strategy and work with portfolio companies to execute their future growth plans. The Private Credit Associate will be responsible forโฆ
- Cover potential deal opportunities while evaluating a target's potential for investing
- Perform extensive financial modeling to evaluate target companies through LBO analysis
- Acquire first and secondary research in respect to a target's industry
- Engage with third-party due diligence providers
- Present investment findings with detailed transactions, companies, and industries
The Private Credit Associate should have the following qualificationsโฆ
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling, financial due diligence, and forecasting
- Venture Debt/Growth Equity experience preferred
- Prior experience or interest in sectors such as business services, technology, industrials, aerospace and defense
- Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional work ethic
