Selby Jennings is currently working with working with one of the largest private equity firm in Asia with over two decades of industry experience with 10+ offices globally. They are looking for a talented compliance officer who can overlook Hong Kong's compliance mandate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial point of contact with the SFC
- Provide internal guidance to compliance and regulatory matters
- Monitor/ Track and inform of regulatory changes
- Review AML/ KYC/ Ethics, other Compliance cases and reports
- Conduct periodic compliance testing
- Assists and first point of contact for External Audits
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Compliance activities in alternative investment is ideal
- Prior experience in Private Equity sector is preferred
- Through understanding of SFC is a must, MAS is a plus
- Strong written and spoken Mandarin/Cantonese is ideal and English is a must
