Position Summary: They are seeking a talented and driven Private Equity Associate to join their team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in investment banking and a proven track record in the industrials and business services industries. As a Private Equity Associate, you will be instrumental in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial analysis, market research, and industry assessments to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Due Diligence: Conduct detailed due diligence on target companies, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
- Deal Execution: Assist in the execution of investment transactions, including preparing investment memos, coordinating with legal and financial advisors, and negotiating terms.
