Key Responsibilities:
- Drive live transactions in M&A and strategic advisory
- Play a pivotal role in origination and marketing activities
- Contribute to idea generation and sector coverage
- Conduct data analysis for pitch presentations and discussion materials
- Showcase your financial modelling and valuation prowess
- Manage projects and actively engage with clients
Key Requirements:
- Completed degree in management, finance, economics, or related field from a prestigious university, business, or engineering school
- For Junior Analyst: 0-2 years of relevant M&A experience; For Senior Analyst/Junior Associate: 3-4 years of M&A experience from a reputable Investment Bank
- Enthusiastic understanding of the regional M&A market
- Advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
