My client company is a startup merchant payment solutions provider, they're currently looking for a Lead Product Manager to develop their Banking as a Service (BaaS) platform to further their banking solution, and deliver growth and operational metrics.

Main responsibilities:
- You are the owner of the product, so you will be in charge in defining what the next step is.
- You are responsible for the product's long term vision and evolution, and will set priorities with the cross-functional team that you're leading to make sure priorities are set and goals are achieved.
- You report to the CPO and will be the main point of contact for external/internal stakeholders to make sure they are aware of product insights.
- You organize monthly reviews to get feedback on the product and make sure you find ways to improve it to provide the best user experience.
Your profile:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner working in a bank/fintech, ideally in payments.
- Ideally possess a deep understanding of a banking ecosystem, and the implementation of a third party core banking backend system.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
- Fluency in English (C1), any other languages is a huge plus.
