My client is a leading US Hedge fund that has a big global presence across the US, Europe and Asia with over $18 billion USD asset under management.
With their rapid growth in Asia, they are currently looking for a strong Infrastructure talent who can join their global team to help support and expand the infrastructure environment of the firm.
You will be responsible for the architecture, design, administration and support of their global infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing the Linux and Windows server solutions, storage and cloud solutions
- Supporting the automation of system administration tasks
- Providing level 2 systems support in a 24/7 environment
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Linux engineering which includes performance tuning, stability
- Experience using configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef would be preferred)
- Experience with Virtualization using VMware
- Scripting experience in Bash or Python
Bonus:
- Cloud architecture and administration experience, preferably in AWS.
- Experience using DevOps technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes
